Premium Collection homes are perfect for those who enjoy having a mixture of holidays, value convenience and proximity in cosy and authentic homes. The homes are spacious, comfortable and perfect for families, or smaller groups of friends.
Premium Collection homes -depending on it’s location- have minimum 2 bedrooms, mostly 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Whether it is Premium, Elite or Signature, in all of our collections we are carefully choosing the vacation homes with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool. The average price for a premium home is around 1,000,000 € while your share will be between 250,000-300,000 € for 1/17 ownership.
The annual fee for the collection homes are around 10,000-12,000 €

We name our collections with timeless song names that reflect the most romantic and cosy feelings. We want to make sure that the same feelings will be shared across the generations of all homeowners and their family members as long as they keep staying a member of our community in Second Address.
The song SWAY reflects the intensity of emotions experienced during the initial stages of falling in love. It evokes the feelings of passion, desire, and the irresistible urge to sway and dance with someone special.
In our first Premium Sway Collection we have four assets; fully renovated farm house with large land with wineyard and pool in Tuscany- max.35 minutes to the coast line, a beautiful villa with a beautiful garden & swimming pool in South of France – max.35 minutes to the coast line of Cannes and Nice, villa with private pool in Corfu- Greece and a ski chalet in the French Alps.
