Share with your friends to join in. Our team will get in touch with you to review the house first-hand and solve any question you may have. Once there’s enough interest, we’ll make an offer to the seller and move quickly to turn it into your “Second Address”.

STEP 2

GET QUESTIONS SOLVED, PAPERWORK READY

At this stage we will send you the legal documents for you to review every detail with your lawyer, and decide whether you would like to acquire your share. Our legal team will address any questions or concerns you may have, and thoroughly review the contract with you before you decide to sign.

STEP 3

PLACE YOUR DEPOSIT

At this stage you need to place your deposit for the purchase of the house, as we have a limited time to act before the house is taken off the market.

STEP 4

UNDER CONTRACT

“Under Contract” means we are conducting the final steps of our due diligence process, including on-site home evaluation and home inspection.

STEP 5

WE ARRANGE THE PURCHASE

We aggregate 4 to 6 co-owners depending on your home choice and form the legal entity. After vetting each co-owner, we form a legal entity and aggregate all co-owners as its partners, becoming owners of 100% of the legal entity.

STEP 6

PURCHASE AND REFURBISHING

Once the legal entity is formed and financing is arranged, the legal entity formalizes the purchase of the home and the home becomes 100% owned by the legal entity.

We refurbish, you profit

Following the designs and budget predefined before the purchase, we will take care of executing the refurbishing. Our investment strategy aims to enable our investors to start earning while purchasing the property. Plus the added value, thanks to the interior design and renovations made with The Second Address touches, not only increases the rental income but also increases the sales price of our properties, thus turning the purchased real estate into a profitable investment.

Reserve your first stay at your new home, thanks to our brilliant point-based booking system, which guarantees an equitable distribution of days amongst co-owners. The biggest advantage of being The Second Address Club member is to swap homes. As more homes and locations are added, the option to exchange weeks with other The Second Address property owners will add even more flexibility to your travel plans.
